I recently discovered this channel, when I watched you demonstrate a number of cooking tips that had me wondering why I had never seen these very clever ideas before, or thought of them myself. I learned so much just from that one video that I’ve come back again and again. That’s saying a lot, because I’m a long-time vegan who avoids looking at dismembered body parts. This is the only non-vegan cooking show I can stand to watch, and it all comes down to your style and humor and absolute mastery of your craft. I’ve never seen such a macho cook either, who combines that tough guy stuff with exquisite grace in separating a boiled egg white from its boiled yolk with his big knife, for example. The narration is intriguing as well - exotic, but very clear. And the production values are very high: creative shots through glass pots and bowls, different knives to cut one roll of a Japanese omelette… And then there’s the layering and mixing and folding and cooking… The creativity in everything you do, the many different ways you build and present foods, and the artistry of it all - it is just magnificent. Thank you!

Lovely. Many Australians keep eggs in the fridge. It gets well over 30c in many parts, sometimes even over 40c. Before boiling eggs - to reduce cracking - let them come to room temp before cooking. Love the music. :)

God gave Tomatoes a defense mechanism, so that wild animals don't eat the ripe, Juicy red veggies, that makes their muscles hurt. Works the same way on humans. So decrease red tomatoes in your diet, if your muscles hurt

the bottles of sriracha that are red come in two types"original"and "hot".the original has a more mild heat and is sweet whereas the hot option has a fiery heat.if you are not used to eating chilli's or products that are quite hot get the "original" option

I watch some Japanese vloggers on a weekly basis who cook rolled omelets perfectly using only chopsticks to turn them. I admire their skill. Eggs are a popular source of protein along with fish, pork, chicken and tofu. I don't often see beef, lamb, other poultry or shellfish consumed in these videos.
