I’m so glad this guy brought some reality to my utube watching.,. I also used to hear to much of a good thing is bad. And one thing could counter the one thing your trying to change. And a dangerous chemical becomes nuturilized with another. Weird science. Every Sunday at work only thing on was Heath shows. . You can get caught up and go down so many rabbit holes. It’s good if you can back away from some .I was taking to much iron . My doc said stop. And so I when back to basics I can afford. Vitam d vitamin c and to much b is bad lol. Always verify with doctors. Even if they work for big pharma. I try natural vitam c and b and d. Because one a days go right threw ya. 😮 I heard about taking some stuff with amino acids. But the stuff would counter reactive to something else, I could not afford to stay down all the rabbit holes. And all the reverse reactions. It’s fine to look . 👀 but it’s nice to get a panoramic view after being in the forest. Forest 🌳 . .

Yoga is good for posture and symmetry. It helps to keep the pelvic floor healthy. However, it has no effect on the prostate itself, nor PSA.

Think about it...Cancer is also cells growing process. However, you can reduce it with medication or radiation. And, sometimes, it disappears on its own.

Not quite. Cancer is unlimited cell growth with infiltration of the adjacent tissues and metastases to other regions of the body. Hyperplasia lacks these features. There are cancers which can disappear spontaneously. It has been described for renal cell carcinoma. However, it is so rare, I’ve never seen a case.
