"DON'T INSTIGATE!!!" | INTIMIDATION FAIL | UNLAWFUL ORDERS DENIED | MIAMI CITY PD

This was on Saturday March 4th 2023, at approximately 23:48, this was a traffic stop in arrest in Miami Florida. As I approached my airbnb I saw a traffic stop happening so I decided to approach and film. Only minutes after I approached the scene the woman in the driver seat of the vehicle started yelling racial slurs at me to stop filming her. One of the officers was very professional and another officer just could not help himself. As usual it is usually the officers that are 5' nothing, or the tiny tyrants as I call them.
Officer Arcia decided to tape off half a block just for me to stay out of the shardin area because I would not listen to his unlawful orders. While he did this he was surpressing my 1st amendment to be able to record what was going on. You could tell he was also very flustered because he kept dropping and anything else that was in his hand. Let me know what you think of this interaction with how much action that we're all. Most of these people that make videos like these are not that intelligent as from someone that's Boston Mass I'm actually embarrassed because anybody from that estate watching this video so I can stupid masshole. But I do believe there are some pretty cruel police officers out there that do need be fired and should be in jail. So when I see videos like this I guess I just tell myself kind of just evens itself out. I guess I'm trying to say is it's worth having a couple people look foolish on KZbin if it keeps the cops on their tippy toes

A law should be passed about restricting the unnecessary use of crime scene tape. Crime scene tape should be used for actual crimes, like where there's an immediate danger of violence, not for stupid traffic infractions. Cops shouldn't be able to use crime scene tape to restrict the citizen from recording thier activity.

would not stand up I am no bootlicker but most auditors first thing they say when they are challenged with policy ,policy is not law in simple terms the cops do not legally have to I.D. and they only way this is going to happen is when their supervisors demand them to follow policy and when they don't, they have consequences , this will only happen when hell freezes over because most supervisors support the behavior

Out of all of the officers, Arcia had to make himself feel big and look so small. Drunk buffoon initiates the dialogue, Salien honors the oath while Arcia decides to go after the camera. Make matters worse, no one else except for Jorges trying to support that stupid antics with the tape instead of defending civil rights. Remember this moment Arcia, welcome to the Hall of Shame. Arizona channels "Direct D" and his group have documented and brought to the attention of federal investigators the improper use of "tape" for the purposes of cordoning off areas for investigations. I believe this is the same improper use, to force cameras and counter investigating resources beyond "reasonable" distances.
