6:50... There is a reason why those numbers are so similar, where is the majority of Mojo's damage coming from? It is coming from Jhus skill because Jhu is so good, so Mojo is only as good as his Jhu. But to add onto that why the only thing that matters for Jhu for the Hydra is that he lives and his skill is capped. That is it, because let's look at say that Ziri, Martha, and Marcus combined, with over 220k investment they are only doing 250k damage. So let's take a Jhu who just survives vs a maxed out one. Let's say a maxed out Jhu does 0.5-1 million more damage then say a 50k Jhu, why is that? Well because most all his damage is his one skill, his one skill is pure damage and so it can not crit and it is not effected by armor, and that one skill is damage capped regardless if you have 1,000 attack power or 100,000 attack power. Which in turn means that armor and crit chance and armor pen make zero difference to 95% of Jhus damage and as a result 90% of Mojo's damage. Now don't get me wrong, investing in any hero will help them do more damage (unless it screws with the ult timing but let's ignore that) but you won't see huge changes because the reason they are good is hard capped so your stats don't matter, same reason why in any ODH team Dorian is the least important hero to invest in because his heals are just as strong wither he is alive or dead or has 300 health or 300 million health. Obviously he does a lot more alive then dead BUT he is the lowest priority of your 5 heroes because he can still do 95% of his job while napping.

now i'm confused! quick math the max damage dealt to the legendary hydra head is 264k! imagine mojo deals that amount of damage every 2 sec ( which is the best case)==> the damage out come that mojo will do is 264K* 2min/2sec equals to 15.840 mill! no matter what mojo's power is he won't exceed that amount of damage! and that is why we should not get him leveled that much! level jhu instead!

That is true if you plan to use Mojo against first 3 heads. Because the major flaw of low power Mojo is lack of Magic penetration (MP). It is either you add someone with MP art (like Faceless as at first shots, or Orion), or you HAVE TO invest in Mojo's MP to deal high damage to legendary hydra. In this case Mojo with high MP deals more damage than Jhu (because of other heroes damage).

Does the magic damage that Mojo does with his Hex skill get impacted by magic penetration? I haven't leveled up my artifacts on Faceless or Mojo (Magic Pen), but I added a strong Orion to my first Hydra team and the Mojo damage when up dramatically. Am I right in assuming that the hex needs magic pen to get the most damage?

Just to add, if you want mojo/jhu on your csw team then by all means boost him up. Boosting jhu/mojo as a "hydra only" type hero just doesn't need much investment at all. Put that extra effort in tanks/healers to keep jhu alive.

The damage limit isn't on Mojo himself, the damage limit is on Jhu and Qing, but since an huge majority of your Jhu damage comes from that damage capped skill, yes you can view it like he is capped because he can only do as much as Jhu can, but the mojo isn't capped, if you where to say be able to run a Jhu and DD and Mojo in the same team and Jhu does his 20 million, and say DD does 10 million more, then Mojo would do 50% more damage then if DD wasn't there, because Mojo's skill isn't capped, Jhu and Qings are and they fixed the bug where Jhus skill didn't realize the damage was capped by changing when it views the number of how much damage was output.

Unless it is legendary hydra, my Mojo lasts for whole battle... My mojo is 59.5k strong fully upgraded item wise, skill wise, but other things are less upgraded. He does about 12.1M damage output. What bothers me is my Jhu. he does only 8.8M damage! And he too survives the whole battle! He is 73k strong, fully upgraded item wise, skill wise, skins: default level32|armor pen level60| mag. def, level13| crit hit level 31; five stars artifacts at level 100, glyphs 20-20-32-20-20, sparks level 12

Not true. Was just showing the ones with the biggest opposite ends of the spectrum between good jhu/weak mojo, good mojo/weak Jhu, avg both. The extremes just happened to fall with the fire and darkness heads. But results are very similar across all the legendary heads. There are a couple thresholds that need crossed before the big numbers kick in but the real key to bringing down the hydra heads is your 2nd team. Not the jhu/mojo lines.

charley, i dis agree, mojo and jhu were both dieing, so i leveled my healers and changed my teams, mojo is inside the dead, M_C_P with Dorian. jhu is with martha, ziri,qm, faceless. i get the faceless healer that way. jhu-36, mojo 38. last night against ancient jhu did 19-22 million and mojo did 1m-5m, it depends if the head is full or not. good luck in dominion

Make him just barely able to survive since less health means faster healing (considering % amount of health healed) and also faster energy gain through taking damage which will speed him up and since his damage per hit is capped you can only increase his damage by hitting more often

Mojo is expensive to evolve, or rather, it takes a LOT of energy to get him to the ultimate star, so yes, I'd dump some resources into getting extra soul stones on Mojo when possible. I do my 3 battles per day using Mojo to slowly evolve him, and each time I have an event or something, I save resources like energy potions, and use them to get soul stones on difficult heros to evolve like Mojo and Martha and Dorian. Of course the more money you toss in the fast it goes, but I do not put much money in at all...I wish I could extract what I spent to be honest LOL.

Sorry to tell you Charlie, but those ARE NOT legendary battles. Maybe Ancient, but for sure not Dreadful or Legendary. Those whole teams would be dead and they require way to much damage to only have 5-7 million left after 1 battle. Even with all maxed heros you will need to do multiple hits. It should be around 90 million in hydra health left instead of 5 million.

100% without a doubt legendary fights that I screenshot myself. The 5-7mil health left you are referring too? These are Damage Dealt tabs. The 5-7mil numbers you are seeing is the damage the hydra did to the hero team.

There are many events that have tasks “get X number soul stones” and you’ll get a reward. The one I like to save for is the recurring (roughly on a quarterly basis) Valkyrie artifact event. You save up all items that might contain soul stones, then open them once that event starts -and suddenly your artifact power shoots WAY up

Why do people include Faceless in this team? Doesn't Orion work a lot better?

Because Faceless brings Magic Defense, as well, sure it is only 3k magic defense, but a dead Jhu = a worthless Mojo, so Magic pen for Mojo but Magic defense for Jhu to not die to the elemental damage.

You forgot to show the healing tab in Mo-Jhu packs. Strong Mojo heals about 800k, this is very helpful to free second healer position for additional damage dealer

You are correct a 32k mojo will give zero healing a 90k mojo will give 1.2mil healing. Is the extra 1.2mil heal for an extra 2mil or so damage worth the increased investment from 30k power to 90k power? Everyone's personal decision to make.

Old hero war logic that is true. But with all the new additions (titan artifacts, new heroes, etc). For the avg person with avg income, it will get to a point where you will have to choose between titans or heroes in order to be champion in your guild( gold league). I have a main team power of 350+k. And titan team 275+k. Competing against teams with 400-500k heros and 560+ k titan on bridge. I am almost on the verge of quitting the game

Game is a marathon. Slow and steady wins the race. Eventually a lot of big spenders burn themselves out trying to reach a summit that doesn't exist. Hang in there, gotta be in it for the love of the game. Max power is just a number. David will beat Goliath with the right combo and more accurately placed stats. If your team is keyed in correctly, you can find synergies that don't exist at max level.
