Little late but legit same, most of my inspiration to try and strive further with beat saber came from him lol, although I'm only on levels like Freedom Dive, so I dont think I'll ever get that good, but I can sure try :) Edit: its been a good week since I've played and I forgot the beat saber that I left behind, after a pinch of practice today I realized I cant even begin to compete with the old school levels, let alone this new stuff, so I'm coming back to say I'm done with trying to improve or any of that, and I'll stop practicing to become something I'm not. Sorry for the depressing edit, but I dont want to be a liar, saying I'm gonna try, when in the end there's nothing to try to begin with, so if my name ever comes up, beat saber is a touchy subject indeed

Personally I've never played this but seeing him improve over all this time is just inspiring. It's amazing really.. because before there were songs for him that were way too fast and now.. he's doing this. And if I were to ever play this, I would definitely strive to be this good, if not better.

This is the first Beat Saber chart I've seen that is legitimately difficult and actually looks good. Brain Power, TTFATF, Freedom Dive, etc. tend to have lots of notes lined up and its mostly just a matter of how fast you can slice and catch the oddball ones. This chart looks like it was actually made for Beat Saber. Good job showing it off!

I've never actually watched him stream, but I presume this wasn't his first attempt at the song. Even if so, he's played hundreds of hours playing super fast songs with strings of notes you have to memorize in order to beat. The patterns become easier to notice the more you play and while you may still fail you will learn new charts progressively faster. I play the game for roughly 30min a day and have total probably 70ish hrs play time. I've progressed pretty well. I have a small handful of recordings on my channel that are no where near as impressive. I don't have the patience to play for what is probably 4~8 or more hours a day to get this good. It seems he does this for a living or has a lot of free time. Either way, as with all things it's just practice, practice, practice.

pixelking Beat Saber is a rhythm based VR game where you use two light sabers to hit red and blue blocks that are meant to match up with a song. If you see the arrows on the blocks it means he has to slice the block where the arrow is in order for it to count.
