Yeah this is why I just don’t have an interest for politics because they spew hatred and division mindlessly. You can have an informed opinion and not be negative to people who disagree. Especially at the end of the day if laws and policies are suppose to be benefiting everyone you would think people would want to come to resolutions that work for all. Yet they continue to argue it’s almost like they don’t want a resolution because they would have nothing to fight about anymore. People really seem to make their beliefs in politics their identity which is why they get so offended and triggered when someone challenges that. It’s definitely showing a lack of emotional maturity to resort to negative reactions just to be heard. Like you said life goes on regardless of who’s in power so I just try to focus on my reality and what immediately effects me. I definitely stay away from people who take that subject too far

I’ve actually never been into politics until I moved out to the US about 2 years ago. Evidently politics it’s one if not the most important thing in this country apparently. My mistake was to let all this get in between my parents, friends and me with whom I had a little argument that I’ve never had before, much less talking about this topic. This isn’t me, it leaves a very sour and bad feeling about my acting towards them. Then again, I always try to think the same way as you do. Sorry, this was something I had to let go off my chest, I just want to share to everyone that we all should be united as one.

Have you tried meditation man? It's been doing wonders in my routine and it centers around intro spection. I appreciate learning from you and just want to spread a coping technique. Personally I use it to reconnect with myself or loved ones. all it takes is 5-10 minutes deep breath and posture up right crosslegged hand position doesn't matter but breathing needs to be slow. Then once your on your 7th breath having the tongue on the roof of your mouth helps with reaching deep state meditation. Anyways this technique here for anyone to try but as always I appreciate the advice man 💯
