It's only a failure if you see it as a failure. Mistakes are a constant in life. We make them every day. I've made so many recently. It hurts. They cause you pain, but it's the only way to learn. My past does not define my future.

At 5:04 "Opportunities are everywhere, if you're comfortable with being uncomfortable!" That's a great reminder of what Dr. Joe Dispenza says about when you're on the right track... to "Get ready, because you're going to feel uncomfortable."

I remember reading The Power of One as a teen. Terrific and brutal book. I believe in the concept of the power of one more, and the power of no more, depending on the context. The latter is much more difficult. I also agree about emotional addiction and creating habits to create the emotions we desire. Emotions = energy in motion. It's extremely difficult to break the pattern of habitual emotion. It starts with being self aware. But that's not enough. We also need a plan. I'm still working on myself but I have figured out that a routine is key.

I know the “we go back to the familiar” but Ed I never correlated it with emotions! Let alone an actual addiction with/to that emotion. Your words & YOUR emotion expanded my mind & self at warp speed! Thank you for your energy, dedication, & passion to & for others. I FEEL it/you. Keep on Dude. ONE MORE! 🙌🏻❤️✨💫

Please start adding your guest’s name in the title or at least add them in the description. I’ve noticed this a few times with your videos which are are great … but then I need to spend time investigating who it is I just listened to if I don’t already know them or forget who they are. Thank you! Appreciate your videos. 😊

As Christian I think you get something wrong not all but I think we don't have to be always big and strong out of ourselves God is our strength and sometimes it is good to be weak so he can show his power. I don't have to beat up people I don't have to be the best. It is good to have a good mindset about the right things and let others go away in god hands to be our provider

Love the interview segments. The solo monologues are too much preacher-like yelling, triggering PTSD from the dysfunctional fire-and-brimstone Baptist Church of my childhood. 😆 NO, you do not get an "amen." #SorryNotSorry 😛
