Fun fact: Vampires SHOULD be able to be reflected in modern mirrors. The reason for them not showing up in mirrors is that back in "the day," mirrors were lined with silver. Nowadays, mirrors don't have silver in them and therefore wouldn't prevent a vampire from being seen.

I'd like to point out (I'm only half way through the video at the boiled one part) that the victim claims that "it was feasting (or eating) my spine", and in the non-reversed version of the audio it claims "you will not be able to move". Without your spine, you cannot move any part of your body. So the boiled one is actually eating their spine! Cool, totally won't have nightmares tonight 🙂 Edit: I see they already explained it furthe into the video. Eh oh well was still fun to write this comment lol

this is actually really interesting to think about. there are many religious figures (such as Jesus Christ) who wear thorn crowns. they may be hinting at The Boiled One being some sort of got or omnipotent being. Which, would give us some sense as to why T.O.E exists. The Boiled one being a god; it may be able to bring things to its world. Like T.O.E.

A few points for anyone curious: 1. the book of Job is centered around the moral that even if you're a good, God-devoted person, you can still have the worst luck in life thrown at you on the turn of a dime. But enduring through those hardships and suffering of life will ultimately be rewarded tenfold, so long as you don't give into despair. 2. The general boiled one vibe--especially the design at 1:05:49--reminds me of the shrike/shrike tree from Hyperion, a sci fi novel with HEAVY Christian themes (especially in the sequel). I see an analog between the "locked in syndrome" here and said shrike tree, where people are in eternal agony and can't move. If the Shrike is an inspiration for this monster, that would definitely be evidence towards a more biblical explanation of what's going on.

If its intended to be a demonic entity then he could be enraged that he still finds a space for Christ, so he tries to hide it. With alk the religious imagery I think it may lead to the Jesus being the one and only answer to the problem. Trumpets blowing and the sky opening are references to the end times, and in the end times Jesus returns. So what if it leads to the end times coming and Jesus being the last and final one to tale care of the boiled one. God bless *†*
