As a vegan I totally agree what he was saying but I want to convey my story I was vegetarian from my childhood but my father and my uncle used to eat non veg and they pressured me to also eat it from age 7 to 10 I was forced to eat non veg but one day I was going to the butcher with my uncle to buy some chicken meat and i saw a innocent goat it was cut and slash and hanging on the roof😭😭😭 instantly feeling bad for them that's why I decided that I no longer 🙄🥺🤧want to eat meat and then I become vegetarian again and then starting my teenage years 13-14 I was preparing myself to become vegan I used to search quality done on animals because I have a really strong bond with my tree animals that's why I turned Vignesh and now I want to become vegan I have stop drinking milk from three to four years and stop drinking tea from five to six years I want to do something for nature and my beloved animals I will turn 15 this year ❤❤❤😍 related and my uncle and my father are not really happy with the news but I will do what I want but my mother is trying to support me but sometime bother me about it🙄🥺😏 but I love my animals I don't want to kill them just to eat that I have a choice

This is exactly what I was searching for but unfortunately finding it now after 2 years.. I showed my helplessness to save animals and the frustration that these people won't stop eating meat and go vegan, made me fight with them, disrespect them, insult them as animals abusers, etc, It pushed them all away. I have no friends now, My famil doesn't respect my decision,.... I really wish I had this advice from you Arvind bro, much much earlier. Anyways I'm glad, atleast it NOW!!!.

Compassionate towards all living beings is the only key to enter blissful and peaceful life. Compassionate towards all living beings is the only worship for the people with intelligence. Always parents especially mother uses this excuse that "I made this for you and you are not eating. So it hurts me a lot". We Vegans can even learn patience from this by being strict towards our Veganism even after getting forceful advises, comments and bullyings.

I wanna share my story ,, i am JAIN and PROUD VEGETARIAN... I said respectfully to my family about it... Showed them some videos.. tried to make them understand.. but after these what i received was disrespect full argument and i couldn't utter a single word against that. Then they started emotional blackmailing 😂.. and i understood jab tak iss ghar mai hoo yai gharwale orr society vegan banne nahi dege... At the end i try to minimise dairy products at home and whenever i go out like trip , shadi , friends ,etc i totally avoid dairy products.

I like him because he supports veganism to stop cruelty against animals and not because to show superiority of one's religion over other. Most of the vegetarians not vegans are vegetarians because of their religion and not because of empathy for animals. Also their empathy is mostly towards cow because it is told in the religious text.

Heyyy guys anybody help me, I just get paused and have nothing to say when these people start talking about the milk (vegetarian family) And they say that cows are kept in villages and there they don't do any king of exploitation to the cow like in cities people do. The cow naturally get's pregnent by the grown up bulls roaming in the fields nearby after that when she gives birth since they have fed her in a nice way, so she producers 5 l to 6 l of milk in a day and that baby calf if consumes all that becomes so sick that it dies That's why they use that milk for their use And before letting me speak however if I speak any thing they say that I'm brainwashed. After that they explain about Gowshalas made by Yogi Adityanath in UP in every small part of the districts to protect male cows from getting slaughtered and to keep grown up old cows They literally understand no scientific thing or reason behind it and tell me to focus on studies and making money that's all what is important what's happening or what's not shouldn't bother me at all In case if I would have a vegan friend I could talk him about this and get the answer , how to reply these kinds of people. And what to reply means they are just trying to say that they farm cows like it is farmed in a vegan sanctuary and this is done by most of the people and Every hindu should have one cow at home. I don't know what to answer to people like this kind😩 And this mentality the reason why I became vegan a bit late after thinking much.

Its not about how there are treated and exploited its about the idea "they can be exploited" .... If you don't understand i try to explain in detail ... Replace the cows with black slaves ... Like back in 1800's in america ..... Slaves have owners ..... Some owners(1) care for there slaves some owners(2) tortures and abuse them ..... If you ask the owner(1) to stop slavery they simply say "i care for my slaves" .. ok you care for the slaves.. but what about your kids there grandkids ... Can you bet the don't abuse the ... They passing down the idea that slavery is ok .... We don't know how many good and bad people will born in future .... Bad people still abuse and good one says they care but they don't ..... Slavery cannot be stopped if you protest "CARE FOR SLAVES☺️" instead of "STOP THE SLAVERY 🤬" .... Same thing happens in morden days dairy farmers advertise "HAPPY COWS" but we vegans know what really happening ..... Again its not the problem how care takers they are its about the idea they have its the root cause of the problem .... My advise don't over do with these people ..... Tell them about veganism and how threat it poses to environment and victim itself .... If they still find any excuses ... Just leave them .... Try to change young minds ... UnCorrupted ones ... You can plant a idea in them... Even if they don't go vegan now ..chances are very high in future .. Actually they will listen to you don't find any excuses ..... Personally i changed some young ones but there parents brain wash them ... But i hope in future .. when ever they saw a vegan video they feels guilt ✌️

In fact artificial insemination of bulls etc is actively promoted by the department of animal husbandry and dairying. Financial support, guidance,etc is given.... So when the govt itself refuses to stand up for the right, what will common people do?.

Hi Arvind, can you please share some study papers as a means of credible evidence on what are the drawbacks of drinking milk and other dairy. I'm asking this because all we get on google is the plus points of milk and that's what put us in the dilemma. I'm really curious to know as my father has arthritis from years and i do like to mention that he consumes milk with cream like a whole glass (minimum one) daily as he can't resist it.
