Aw thanks so much! Very kind of you and I'm glad you enjoy the videos :) I try my best to always look at the big picture and how small and insignificant little inconveniences are. Life is too short to dwell on them! But yes, some things do make me angry - mainly injustices in the world/bigger issues. You're right, it can be hard sometimes - but you are awesome and keep trying to look at the positive side! Years ago, I had a therapist who asked me the same question as you btw - "do you ever feel angry"? She made me realise that sometimes, anger can actually be good and needed. So don't be hard on yourself xx

When we went to DLP in June 22, we didn't have a reservation and went back a couple times trying to get in as walk-ins, and on the second attempt (on the same day) we got in! Seems like it's hit & miss with that restaurant 😅

Oh Sam, I'm so sorry that you couldn't get into Chez Remy for your reservation. Can't believe they closed their doors early? I'm pleased that you spoke with a lovely compassionate cast member who listened to you and resolved the issue for you to return there the next day. But Brasserie Rosalie for the win eh? This is outrageous and I would of been fuming! We travel in a large family group ages 2-90. With the planning and good will it sometimes means you run late. We would try to send 2 people ahead but this is not always possible. If it says 15 minutes then they should honour it. The food any Rosalie did look lovely. We all love pasta so this is good news for us… 53€ is a lot for one person though but I guess if it’s a good standard then it’s justified 👍🇬🇧

I've been going to DLP for 13 years and something always goes 'wrong' every year - nothing major to spoil the holiday, just little things. Did they do anything to make it up to you ?...free meal, free drink?? Next time I'm there I'll definitely give Rosalie a visit - thank you.

Bless you Sam ,hope when you go back to chez remey it will be better fingers crossed I have mixed reviews with regards to chez remey Had some good experiences and some bad We were late once as my daughter had a seizure ,we were less than 15 min late and the same thing happened had to go back later in the day so that was ok Sometimes the staff even on the tide are mixed for their friendliness ,we've had some not so friendly staff but then we have had staff that have tried to sort out the un helpfull staff and they were just phenomenal ,like you say sometimes this happens ,some staff are maybe having a bad day 😵‍💫😕 so glad you found a lovely place to finally have your meal !!sending lots of hugs 💜💜xx

Chez Remy was an unmitigated disaster on our visit. The tiny waiting room was completely overcrowded, we waited 40 minutes to be taken to our reserved table, even after arriving 10 minutes early. When we walked into the restaurant, I expected it to be mobbed due to the hold up, but there was many tables free and clean. Extremely incompetent management. It took an age to get drinks. We got rolls with no butter, asked for butter, they forgot. My salad had a lovely black hair in it. They didn’t offer a refund, only another starter. Main course was steak, which was tough, full of tendons, and blue in many parts. Restaurant had a continual cold draft. The theming is cool, but it could desperately do with some characters around - either walking around, or rven screens, sounds or other special effects to make it feel like Ratatouille. Generally it just felt more like Toy Story - big props etc. There was no Parisian romance to it at all. Total rip off. Would never go back. Only good part was that our waiter, Stephane, recognised that things were going badly and tried to be apologetic, but by then it was too late. And judging by other people’s reviews online, this experience was far from unique. Chez Remy need new management.

The impression that I got from Chez Remy is that it is being treated as a cash cow - the management is incompetent, and the waiting staff are either overworked and stressed, or aimlessly wandering around wiping already clean tables. The attitude in the kitchen also seems to be a problem.

The foodstands outside Chez Remy serve better food. Save yourself 2.5 hours and €40 per person!

I cannot believe they closed early and wouldn’t let you have your reservation! And the way they spoke to you, terrible service for Disney (especially as on their literature it said 15 mins after they keep your table for). I also think it’s a shame you didn’t get some kind of extra discount off your chez Remi food the next night. I’m a gentle character but can be very feisty in bad situations like that. Your food in Rosalie did look good again though I definately think I’d enjoy choices there 😊

I don't care for Remy's except for the novelty of the restaurant itself. We had to ask to have the steak taken off the bill the last time we ate there as it was inedible shoe leather. Couldn't even cut it.

We have been in DLP for the past few days, first time. Every Cast Member has honestly been wonderful - this was NOT the case when we went to Disney World last year. At least 30% of the Cast Members were miserable, uninterested, bored looking. Especially restaurant staff.

Not so nice cast member experiences can happen in ANY Disney park - I've personally experienced them in all the Western Disney Parks I've been to! Disneyland Paris CMs as a whole are WONDERFUL :) There will always be little exceptions here and there, and often, it's just cuz they had a bad day x

Me and my parents went for a meal in chez remy and we all ordered the steak and it was soo incredibly chewy none of us could eat it ): most of the reviews seem positive so i guess we just got unlucky
