Thanks for the video. That does indeed happen. However, with Facebook pushing Advantage+ shopping campaigns, would anything change? I mean would you create a ASC+ campaign with catalogs and another one just with video / images?

Yes 100% you will have to separate them if you want your other ads to take budget and get tested!

Hey! I understand the point about not mixing catalog ads with regular ads inside of the same ad set. But if you have separate ad sets for catalog ads and regular ads within the same campaign, but using CBO, does this lead to the same issue? Do catalog ads and regular ads then have to be in completely separate campaigns?

Follow my way of thinking. Why make em compete if you can have 2 separate campaigns working and spending double the amount?

It could. It all depends to the budget you can test it and see if they canibalize each other.

With all respect we dont teach Fb ads on this channel with blueprints. There is no video that has an account structure for a new pixel account cause simply I believe that each case is different. Today I will upload a video (EXPANDING and SCALING to OTHER COUNTRIES with Your Facebook Ads!) in a couple of hours that I show a live account on how I went from USA to Canada in an a new ad account and a new pixel but for the same product. I will do different ads for a case like this and different ads for a new pixel new site etc. So keep watching the videos learn how to understand better the algorithm and dont try to find ready setups. Try to create your own based on the knowledge you got. Each case is different.

I have an ASC+ with catalog and manual ads and one of the manual ads actually took majority of spend. In this case, would it be ok to keep the catalog mixed in with the others?

@@KonstantinosDoulgeridis we sell artwork and it was of one of our top selling pieces so that probably why. Interestingly too, it’s a static image ad but it beats all other ad types
