I made this last night and it was fantastic! My husband liked it and said it was a keeper! This was possibly the easiest and quickest recipe I've ever made! I think next time I'm going to chop up some broccoli, rather well, and try adding it, and possibly some corn. I might adjust the water, depending on the veggies, but I believe the possibilities are endless. Thank you so much for presenting really fantastic recipes. God bless!

This is pure comfort food for a cold autumn or winter night. I'd put a little hot sauce in my sauce mixture for some added flavor! I bet this would go great with green beans, broccoli, or carrots.
