He had an undiagnosed heart condition. likely living the way he did, working out all the time, partying right after that, put a lot of stress on his heart. It was probably only a matter of when rather than if assuming that his condition would have continued to go un-noticed even if he hadn't died while on holiday. And I think after his death his brother was saying that he also struggled a lot with mental health and depression behind closed doors. There's a lot of stories about Aziz and how he died. some of them probably truer than others. I'm just telling you what I know for certain. I would say at least he died living the way he wanted to. His stuff, and this community actually inspired myself and got me my passion for the gym back. And for that, I suppose I will be forever thankful to Zyzz and the people he inspired.

Zyzz is the closet we ever got to Solaire but as a gym bro. Not gonna lie whenever I feel defeated or down I wonder, "would my inspiration accept this?" Zyzz never accepted losing hope in the face of a difficult lift and Solaire sought to find light in the most swallowing of darkness. They were both taken abruptly and unfairly by fate it seems. It is disheartening but isn't an excuse to do nothing. It is a reminder to press forward from the lessons they gave us overcome our own woes until we reach that last breach before everlasting light.
