Yes. It's grammatically correct. But I think it's much more common to say "you're".

I'm shocked, This structure (It's not allowed to + verb) is everywhere, native speakers use it all the time, even if it's technically incorrect. There are others like that: 10 items or less, there's three people. At this point is better to think of them as correct 😂

I can see why native speakers might do this. They imagine that the "it" doesn't stand for what is not allowed but for some unspecified authority that is doing the action of "not allowing".

No because as Kevin explained the "it" refers to what is forbidden. Change it too: Smoking is forbidden.
