Don’t set your feet too early. This applies to all groundstrokes, especially to sitter forehands, where some players set their feet too early and destroy their rhythm. When you set inside the stroke, the entire sequence of movements becomes continuous, and most importantly the unloading becomes more explosive & automatic.
