Not to be an Alex Pereira glazer but this just further shows that he's more well rounded than people give him credit for. He's pretty consistently been able to play a good defensive guard and keep his opponent clinched to stop ground and pound, then work his way back to his feet. He's not going to be hitting blast doubles anytime soon, but defensively he's escaped back takes, stuffed takedown attempts up against the cage, and intelligently defended himself when he has been taken down.

Love to see Buckley get it done in dominant fashion. Ruziboev did not deserve a ranked oponent after that Dumas bs. He's a dirty fighter even kicked Buckley to the head while both were grounded lol but hes exciting and this fight was too. Lewis always entertaining when he wins, happy for him too. I dont know wtf menifield was doing there but thay was a terrible low iq moment for him against a good counter striker. Should've used patient approach and go for the takedown and sub. But ulberg is exciting too, it would be very interesting to see him go avenge his teammate izzy against the avenger pereira and give him a taste of his own medicine lmao. Chase Hooper's future looks very bright now. Despaine needs to balance his skillset and turn himself into a well rounded mma fighter. Even if the hw division is the least skilled as everyone likes to repeat often, its still the top league and u gotta have something to offer in terms of grappling. T Wrecks needs to start fighting smart, we all know he's exciting but he needs to focus on career longevity and health. He has got good grappling, dont know why not use it.
