Don't start up Lean by yourself if you want to keep your career

Lean requires a mindset that differs from most other business cultures. That's why starting up Lean will lead to clashes and differences in understanding, which is why you shouldn't start up a Lean journey by yourself - certainly not if you're in middle management.
Starting up Lean is often a good idea for your company, though, so what to do? Take your bosses and peers along, prep them before you know all the details, learn together with them and make implementing Lean a shared company vision.
In this video I'll go over some of the common culture problems and backlashes from other managers - hopefully it can prevent similar experiences for you, or otherwise it's a good reminder that you weren't the only one having such an experience ;)
