Thank you so much! You are a fantastic speaker. I’ve been having a real hard time understanding many other instructors in this field. You, in contrast, were clear, concise, and had structure. I appreciate it the break down of each topic with the concrete examples And brought it to reality, like when you were saying dress well, don't be fidgeting around with papers, knowing your way around the software embarrassingly; I’ve done all of those things, and I did notice a difference in the participants particularly by dressing more professionally, Also making my office a little more cozy I brought in some better lighting instead our awful florescences and getting a little mini-fridge and offering everyone a bottle of water inexpensive but Instantly creates rapport And gives them something to do with their hands during assessments and screenings. When I first started, I wanted to know everything all at once but hadn't mastered the basics; now that I’ve been humbled, I love your concrete step by step guide. don’t listen to the comment below. Keep doing you. KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid) We don't want to overwhelm our clients
