Don't use gunk engine degreaser until you watch this bc for some people this not gonna work, specially a heavy baked oil that been sitting for years,

Tried Gunk without using a brush and it did a poor job. And make sure the area is well ventilated as it really smells. Or just use a mixture of any degree like simple green and a brush.
