Sample shampoo cycling protocol:
Scalp type- normal to oily
Scalp concerns - dandruff
Takes head bath almost everyday .
Monday - GC
Tuesday- GC
Wednesday - ADS
Thursday - GC
Friday - GC - ADS
Saturday - GC
Sunday - ADS
( GC - gentle cleanser / mild shampoo.
ADS - anti dandruff shampoo )
Once in fortnight - salicylic acid based shampoos
You can increase or decrease the Antidandruff shampoo use based on the severity .
For mild shampoo- refer to the reel on shampoo for dry scalp
For all shampoo recommendations- refer to the reel on shampoos for different scalp concerns .
For information on dandruff - refer to highlight dandruff.
Coal tar , coal tar + salicylic acid based shampoos are to be used strictly as per your Dermats prescription.
Antidandruff shampoos should be allowed to have 15 mins of contact time atleast with the scalp unlike the daily shampoos.
