Lists always get more clicks but by far my favorite videos are the full, in depth book reviews. Nobody else does it consistently and it's very helpful. Thanks for all your work!

That’s definitely part of it. It is just fun to have my memory jogged of great tricks in books that I have but have forgotten about and see which ones stood out to you. Also great to see what tricks I’m missing out on by not having read some of my books!

I'm a lover of lists too. Tends to make me think, have opinions and be more discerning. What I would like to see for this coming year? Three suggestions: 1.Magic books for beginners ages 10 and under. 2. Beginning magic books for Junior High to adult. 3.Magic books for the kid's performer. Thank you for a wonderful 2023. You have defninitely made me a more knowlegable magician due to you work. Merry Christmas! And as always....Kudos!!

Very nice encapsulation. Enjoy Magi-Fest. I will be at another convention during that time, so I will miss it. As to my likes, I do like the list format, but I think it is only because they are between individual book reviews. I love seeing and hearing comments on individual new books that come out and I think that is the core of your message to us. After watching a handful of those, having a Top 5 review gives us a nice change of pace. How about creating some list -style videos around a narrow topic, such as "Books by UK Mentalists," or "Books With Only Stand-Up Material," or "Self-Published and Not Well Known."

The biggest question that made me think was, “Where do we draw the line between making a book or a video?” If books have an abundance of pictures, doesn’t it make more sense to make a video? I still don’t really have a solid answer, but that is a question I’ve been asking now with some of the things I’m seeing. That was my take away.

I love your channel! I hope you continue for a long time, merry Christmas! We lost some true legends, like Darwin Ortiz who wasn't mentioned I belive. Like you said, I also think that Max Maven, Harry Lorayne and Darwin Ortiz will be studied for many generations!

Would love to see more on Paul Gordon books( card magic).You know I love card magic.😂 Paul’s stuff is pretty much instant effect using sleights and probably a little bit more difficult than Nick Trost ( And Nicks stuff is fairly easy).If I was a beginner at card magic I would buy card books in this order :1.Giobbis College light/lighter/lightest 2.Giobbis Card college vols 1 to 5 3.Nick Trosts Subtle Card Creations 1 through 9 4.Bannon and other stuff 5.Paul Gordon’s books. A card magician would be set for life !😂
