Trump refused to intervene and help essentially leading to a situation where we basically abandoned them. They are one of our more valuable allies in the area and have done a lot to help US troops. The move is pretty universally panned as a horrible decision that left one of the few really strong allied groups in the region in a position where they felt betrayed. It makes it look pretty awful.

Wouldn't be caught dead at an event like this and don't agree with a lot of things going on in our country, especially the folks like those in this video who give Alabama a bad reputation. But just like how we'd be surprised at how many of y'all own guns, youd be surprised at how many of us, regardless of our political stance, don't agree with the people in this video. A major issue in our country appears to be assuming to know/understand people who are different than us and lumping them into a group deemed as the enemy instead of trying to communicate with each other on why we are different. Long-winded rant but tired of AL catching all the shit, even if a lot of it is deserved. Lots of the folks in this state see the backwardness of our ways, but also the potential that has yet to be fully tapped.

@whadup28124 жыл бұрын
Actually it cuts immediately away after he said that as there’s nothing more irrelevant to the average American than some obscure conflict in the Middle East. To bring that up in a debate that isn’t discussing foreign policy is silly because your average voter doesn’t have significant knowledge about geopolitics to debate that. A discussion about the Syrian conflict, outside a plea for peace , requires some understanding of the big players and numerous small factions vying for their own win in the region. There are more significant issues affecting Americans than that and it would be wiser to have a discussion that’s actually possible to have rather than spew a headline from the news that neither party most likely has a good grasp on. What that guy said is equivalent to bringing up an argument about domestic monetary policy with your average joe and expecting them to have a response. It’s gatekeeping from democracy and it’s ridiculous. I lean liberal and as soon as he said that I cringed.

Lana del Ray was one of them that posted on twitter about doing rituals to mess with Trump. This lady couldn't articulate herself well, but she spoke facts. And Lana is one of many that publically spoke about it

@JJoe JJoe Bro it's literally a video of a guy letting mindless repiblicans, not freethinkers, say whatever they want to the mic... He asks the most vague and open questions. If you think this is getting dunked on, you guys really are snowflakes.. And if you think there are more Republicans spitting truth than Dems, you're SORELY mistaken, just check any neutral source like PolitiFact to see how dumb y'all really are.
