Like watching the tree tops moving in the wind. The most beautful thing i have ever seen a human do. Thank you for this.

Beautifully performed! A true master. My studies continue with Dr. Peter D, the ophthalmologist in RI who continues teaching and sharing his extensive knowledge of such a wonder art.

Your grandfather was of great inspiration to me in my early years of learning and still is, those grounded and powerfully connected postures from lower body to hands, flowing and full with undeniable power. Thanks Alex kindest regards from down here in New Zealand, Rob Lindsay.

So fluid and smooth. The circles find their way from the core to the hips, knees, ankles, toes and his shoulders, elbows, wrists, and fingers. Everything in harmony and perfect flow. Strength, poise, grace and inner power. A pleasure to watch your Grandfather. I have bookmarked it for study and reference. Thank you very much for posting this.

Most people don't realize how much strength it takes to play the form like that, with that posture using one part moves all parts move method. I've been adjusted into a 1 of those postures by a master and my leg and core muscles were burning out in a matter of a minute or two.
