Hi Don. Thanks for coming up with this video. I, like the rest of the commentators here, have been watching a lot of your videos and to me, that really 'sharpened/honed' my skills when approaching interviews. Not only did your tutorials help allay my fears of going into interviews, it gave me a lot of confidence on how to 'talk' with interviewers, asking them right questions to show that I am interested in joining their team. I got the job offer and they asked me to meet the other team members. Towards the end, the interviewer told me that he likes my enthusiasm. And this is all because of how you taught us how to be enthusiastic and visualizing ourselves already working for them. Again, many thanks to you my friend. Keep up the good work! Cheers.

I had my 1st ever 1 way video interview last night. I was surprised that I actually enjoyed it because I could redo it and see how I looked, as well as to hear myself answering questions to improve my answer or submit it. I really hope I get this position.

Since I did not have the opportunity to ask questions, I really like the question “What can I do as your blank that will exceed your expectations and meet our objectives?

Hi Don, I've been binge watching your channel and others similar for the last few weeks. But your video have really resonated with me. Your mindset and the passion gave me what i was missing. I am much more confident now and I'm able to keep my impostor syndrome at bay. As an self taught IT professional i was always doubting myself even if i proved time and time again that I'm as good as a the guys with a computer science degree. Thanks you sir.

I'm horrible at interviews.. i just see them as a waste of time even when it comes to the dumb assessment test. My family and friends even ask if I want to roleplay the interview before hand and I just hate the roleplaying aspect of any game really. I don't know how to improve and one of the last interviews I had told me I was a job hopper... it's annoying all together

Maybe ask them at the end if they have any rejections in hiring you.

@@dennishumphries6896 I will going forward....usually I ask if they have any additional questions and they all say no. For the last 4 directors level positions they have told me its down to me and either one or two others. I ace the interview and they seem genuinely interested in me.....then I wait and wait and the rejection comes. I feel defeated,.....
