I recently found your channel and I am so grateful. I have worked at the same company for 21 years and was recently let go due to reduction in workforce. I am scheduled to interview with my former company at a different location. I seem to get very nervous during the interview process but now I am looking forward to my video conference interviews scheduled for later today. I am going for a walk in my neighborhood and then writing a summary of the top 3 questions they will ask and of course the infamous tell me alittle bit about yourself. I am meeting with 3 managers that I will be supporting as an administrative assistant. Thank you for posting these informative videos!

I found your channel, listened to and followed your advice, and in so doing was able to land not one but two job offers. I totally agree we all need a paycheck but the employer looks for more than that they want people dedicated to the company, as a recruiter I had an potential employee go in for an interview they asked him why they were interested in the position, he said I just need a job man, cringe, do research on the company show enthusiasm, companies want employees that just do not want a job.
