Hector, I just listen to all his videos. I was the same, I was looking for a job with no results. I had too many interviews with no results. Just remember that all jobs ask going to ask you the same questions. My advice to you, just go through all his videos and you definitely will learn a lot from that man. I’m planning to buy his guide book. It will definitely would help any one.

I recently found your channel and I am so grateful. I have worked at the same company for 21 years and was recently let go due to reduction in workforce. I am scheduled to interview with my former company at a different location. I seem to get very nervous during the interview process but now I am looking forward to my video conference interviews scheduled for later today. I agree this is an awesome hand book. I bought it couple of year back. I have seen the question that are asked in the interview are similar and at times exactly the same. I have done lot of contract job which mean lot of interviews and every interview I always study this hand book. I am amazed after 3 year this guide is still helpful. I loved today's 3 questions. I was not aware of MP3, now I know so, I will buy it. It is worth buying so, I can listen while driving my car and prepare for my next contract job.

I totally agree we all need a paycheck but the employer looks for more than that they want people dedicated to the company, as a recruiter I had an potential employee go in for an interview they asked him why they were interested in the position, he said I just need a job man, cringe, do research on the company show enthusiasm, companies want employees that just do not want a job.
