Donguen is mostly why I watch this show so much, like I definitely love everyone on the show equally, especially the model portion, but Donguen is literally so funny and amazing omg.

this makes me smile. and proves that just because you have muscle doesn't mean your 100% fit or have a fully functional body. these guys are all professional trainers and do competitions and even they have a hard time with the Pilates moves.

Plank is hard because it involves your core. The same with push ups. You need a strong core to elevate you body in straight line.

Genetics. Boss Yang already remarked in a previous episode that Dongeun's body is kind of weird in that the more she eats (whether it be "healthy" or "unhealthy"), the easier she develops muscles. Literally, eating is what makes her keep her body as it is. With that kind of body, she needs to eat as much as she can to sustain it.

they are not athletes but body builders. Rather than functionality and balance of muscles, their goal is to pump the muscle as much as they can and look massive with nice figure. If it was exercise that required burst of energy, I am pretty certain, they would do it with ease but don't think they put too much effort into building muscles for flexibility/sustainability.
