Donna. Thank you for your tutorials. I could watch you cut and sew all day long!! This placemat video is especially helpful; I'm not 'a quilter' but do like to sew and when I watch you make these lovely items, I'm thinking "maybe (just maybe) I can do that"! I have lots of scrap fabrics so will try some half square and quarter square blocks (just for practice).....maybe they will become pot holder/hot pads. If that works, I'm going to make a beautiful matching set like yours. Love what you do!!!

I love this - I found some gorgeous fabric yesterday that I forgot that I had and part of it was 5 inch squares - I plan to buy a little bit more fabric to go with it and make it into a quilt rather than placemats and a table runner! It's going to be beautiful. Thank you so much Donna for all of your wonderful tutorials and your free patterns.

Donna...thanks for showing everyone how to square up your blocks WITHOUT having to spend money on another ruler. I was looking at this ruler to square up my blocks, but the cost of $31 and some change really made me wait to order something like that and now that you have shown us how to use painters tape and with your ruler to make perfectly squared blocks. Thanks so much! #DonnnasAmazing
