I'm always using graph paper to figure out whatever quilt I'm working on, because I have a really hard time making a pattern as it's written. It would be great to have this clipboard to keep all my graph papers for a project all in one piece! Great table runner too. Love the idea of making a quilt out of the pattern. Also appreciated your stitching in the ditch. That's mostly what I do, and it's nice to see how nice yours looked, back and front. Thanks for another great tutorial, Donna!

Donna even though I can't quilt right now I love to watch the videos you make, but it makes me sad that I can't jump in and sew (my stuff is in storage). As I sat and watched your demo I was trying to figure out how to make the runner into a quilt and there it was you showed us how to do it. It was as if it was magic, you knew we wanted to see how to do that. Good job. I am going to try to sew up a set for my two best friends, my mom and sister. Thanks for all your good work.

I'd prefer brighter colours but I do like your colour palette though. I think I would make mine in Blue for the squares inn the centre, greens on the outside & sand colour border & send it to our friends in Egypt to represent the Nile river, the banks of the river green with crops & the border for the desert.
