You are so good at explaining. I did exactly what you said. Its asking me to select joy bluetooth, Air 10 USB or Air Bluetooth. Which one should I be picking? Please help I'd like to start making cards.

Use the Air 10 USB if you are going to plug it in with a cord. Use the Air Bluetooth to go wireless without the cord. Happy crafting!

My computer didn't have blue tooth. I bought a bluetooth goggle. I can see all the cards & everything is set including doing what you said in yr video. What cord are you talking about? I'm sorry I'm not good at IT stuff.

I keep getting this error and one that says it cannot read the cutting line for print to cut. Zero problems with either until now and I am about to through this machine out the window!!! Any ideas on the scanner not working? I have tried a hard reset. The actual scanner isn't going anywhere near the sticker paoer it is scanning the opposite side of the mat after beginning to properly scan the top portion of the sticker paper. First time it has done this on me.

You could try to put it back in classic mode and see if that helps. Sometimes a dark room will help the scanner read the lines better. I'm not sure what machine you are using, but only the maker can print and cut colored paper. I'm not sure exactly why kind of project you are cutting out. And when in doubt, call cricut care and record a video of what the machine is doing. In the past, I've had various problems and cricut will collect data on them and fix them in the next update. Good luck and I hope you get it to work.

I have this problem and my computer (or Cricut) is very temperamental. I have had it connected in a few seconds - then when I go to do the cut - I get a message to connect my Cricut - so in other words the connection doesn't appear to stay with the computer for long. I got so fed up I had to use the cable. It works with the cable, but the cable gets in the way. I am totally frustrated by it and don't know if it is the computer or Cricut.

Sometimes logging in and out of design space helps along with rebooting your computer. But mostly what I have shown in the video works for me.

I'm having the same problem, but it's not because of bluetooth. I don't have bluetooth on my computer. Any idea what the problem could be. I had to exchange my first cricut maker and now I'm trying to use the new one, except I get this error and can't go any further.

This can also happen if you are switching between different devices . So if I have cricut on my phone and I'm on my computer, sometimes the cricut machine is trying to connect to the phone and not my computer. Try exiting out of the cricut app on all of your other devices.

If you are using the USB, then you select the USB option. If you are using Bluetooth, then I would try and reset it like shown in the video. Hope you get it to work.

Hmm, I have the same problem, but I'm connected directly with the cable. I've never attached the blutooth or another device.

If your not using Bluetooth, then I wonder why you are getting this error message. 🤔 It should run fine with the USB option. The steps in this video should correct the error.
