I have no idea right now, but I'm going to join and figure it out later. To be honest I started chair exercises through you and I love it.. just lost the motivation when I found out about my knee 😢 but I'm back.

Recovering from years of sedentary life. Senior and just getting weaker and walking with walker, but dont want to. Just found Chair Fit Camp on YT. Did 10 min workout then half of this one. Im so fat:( Did make it 25 mins total before back said enough! Better stick with the 10 min for a couple weeks. Thank you for doing this for us.

I am disabled with CP so your chair workouts are prefect form me; but I get frustrated I can't duplicate the leg movements as my legs are unable to extend very much in any direction - so I struggle to put any resistance or do the wider movements against the legband - or even without. Any advice?

Do what ever you can. I say that in many of my videos. Find a default exercise If you see something you’re not able to do. Don’t get frustrated.
