Now do a 420cc Harbor Freight Preditor swap. It's super easy to do. I just spent 90% of the time strengthening the frame, making it street legal, and giving it front brakes. Also, removing the governor on those engines is never a good idea long term. That's like removing the redline on a car to go faster. Plus, those engines don't have an oil pump. It's just the governor and the crank slinging oil around. You need a larger rear sprocket to take advantage of the NOS. Or even just eliminate the jackshaft and run a new chain directly to a smaller rear sprocket from the clutch bell.

@@acedera16 when you delete the jackshaft, yes. When mine was stock however, I dropped down 10 teeth in the rear so I had enough torque to climb hills. Hundreds of miles of exploring. So you would do the opposite, adding 10 teeth, for top speed on flat land. I've got the 420 now, and a CVT instead of a clutch bell. On a side note, GoPowerSports only cares about customer service when they're working with KZbinrs. I wouldn't recommend them.

Stock flywheel, internals, and didn't remove or bypass governor. All I did was adjust the throttle stop screw. Holy fruck!!! I just started watching these donut videos like 2 days ago, and I'm hard pressed to believe I can find anything much more entertaining on KZbin, and this ain't no week old account!

Man this episode is awesome. Great to see Jeremiah working on a silly project, and Nos a pit bike! That’s awesome. I am surprised you. An actually find aftermarket parts for that engine. I guess that engine is universally similar to those grass cutter engines? Keep up the awesome work, silly, informative and entertaining. Great job Jeremiah and team!! (Lucky you guys have a fire extinguisher if not Jeremiah pants will be on fire 😂)

About 20 years ago I put a nitrous kit on a goped sport. Got it up to 40 mph. It would detonate and blow the air filter off and gut the spark plug but never killed the piston and rod. Did go thru a couple rings though. Fun times

fastest i’ve gotten mine is 48. something it’s got a cvt jet kit vm22 couple other things nothing too crazy

This needs a part 2 ! With the bigger nozzles and maybe a longer intake to move the air filter further away from the nozzle.

I would love to see a video of just throwing as much stuff as possible onto that bike and seeing how much power you can make with it

Always love you guys getting out of the studio, tearing things down and rebuilding.

Those mini bikes are way slower than I thought they were. I never had one before. Pretty cool!

I sure hope you guys put the right jet on the carb.

Jerry's bike videos are the best thing on the channel in a while. Hope to see more of dumb stuff like this.

I have a harbour freight copy of that engine, and mine does 38mph. All I changed was the filter, pull out gov. and put a torque converter on it. I also weigh 245. So not sure what you guys missed to only get 38mph out of it. Mine also pulls me up super steep hills. But good video.
@TetraHydroCannabinolTHC2 жыл бұрын
They only got 28mph, its all in the torque converter, that 2 speed gearing is everything, i get close to 40mph stock with the governor

i'd love to see jerry do some 2 stroke bike stuff

You guys are like the Super Bowl of youtube channels when it comes to your commercial sponsors and how you do them with such quality.

As up next, you guys should install a larger sprocket and chain for a higher top speed
@niclaskarlin2 жыл бұрын
I think it has a variator and a belt, but those can be modified too.
@jimmyneutron56792 жыл бұрын
@@niclaskarlin It looks like a chain and sprocket setup to me, I mean in the end just swap the entire transmission and what drives the rear wheel if you want to hit anything over 30
@under_coverrr2 жыл бұрын
If you had a gearbox, i got a good feeling it would hit 50 or 60
@jigglebones93012 жыл бұрын
A torque converter and a cam and intake and exhaust will make them do about 60
@under_coverrr2 жыл бұрын
@@jigglebones9301 they already had a intake, maybe exhaust but at the same time it needs a gearbox enable to have higher speeds, true or fale
@joshuajasmins45232 жыл бұрын
woulda BEEN FIRE to see you use a predator motor swap and do this, just the swap with a gov delete would hit 40 imagine wet nos too
