Lewis Allen Methanol is sweet. Not something you should drink but if you follow a sip of methanolup with a good shot of Everclear or a couple shots of your favorite liquor, you should be mostly fine. Limonene or some other terpenes might work well as a fuel too but that's more for the smell than the taste.

0:30 Oil comes almost exclusively from dead plankton settling to the ocean bottom over hundreds of millions of years. Sounds scientific, but not scientifically possible. The reason oil is diffrent to coal is becaues of the presence or absence of exposure to atmospheric oxygen during a global flood.. Yes.... high concentrations of plankton are in oil this is because big things and little things collect in different zones during violent fluid suspension (global flood) . This can be tested, proven and repeated. ...science.

I'm glad that you explained octane ratings a bit. Far too many people are under the impression that those numbers are meaningless. I've always run the 91 or 93(sunoco) because I treat every vehicle like it's a race car. You know what has never happened to me? Engine failures of any kind. Its MAGIC Rain drop formation is really complex. Did you know rain drops technically shouldn't form from pure water vapour? Anyway, no, that's not how catalytic converters work at all.
@seriousgoat76
@seriousgoat76 6 жыл бұрын
It is, the metals found in the cat act as a catalyst for the dangerous fumes, turning them into something less dangerous, same as a raindrop, all the dust particles in the air act as a catalyst for the water vapor to stick to.
@Quintinohthree
@Quintinohthree 6 жыл бұрын
Its MAGIC That's not what a catalyst is! A catalyst increases the rate of a chemical reaction without being consumed. Rain drop formation turns water into water. What the dust does is called nucleation. Very different thing.

How is E85 different in compression or in performance compared to pump gas? Plz make another episode on this
@YourAverageEmile
@YourAverageEmile 6 жыл бұрын
E85 has a lot higher octane rating than petrol, about 100 - 105. This makes it alot more stable and resistant agains engine knock and preignition allowing for higher compression, giving more power. Also, E85 burns much cooler than petrol so it helps control cylinder temperature also aiding in thermal efficentcy. Drawback is that E85 contains about 33% less energy per litre compared to petrol so you need to inject more per stroke to equal out
