The way you confidently snip the lip goo with the long straights scares me xD but ive also never worked with a dog that was this tolerant of face trimming. Really helpful seeing some different techniques

Did you guard comb the head first at all? Also what length are the body and legs? Finally a big thanks for all the videos, such a huge help and inspiration to a newbie groomer. Thank you
@zoomgroom_anna2 жыл бұрын
I did not use any guard combs on the head, only scissored. I used 1/2” wide guard on his body and legs

Your grooming is excellent. I personally think you have a hard touch in sensitive areas such as inside ear flaps, tummy, around eyes. I assume you are using a slicker. I've seen a lot of groomers brush like that around eyes. I think you are a tad rough. I'm probably too careful.

You brush way too hard,poor dog. Im a dog groomer too. Its a living creature,not a puppet

There's always one in the bunch , you need to get a life. She is fabulous with the handling of these dogs. I love my doodle and she could groom him anytime she wants . You have to remember everyone has their own style of grooming this dog is not pulling away he's totally enjoying it
