I have to say you are an artist when it comes to grooming. I am trying to learn to groom my own Doodle because we live in a small town with limited choices for groomers and the good one is always booked when I need my dog groomed.

Even though it does look pretty I really hate to see this much taken off. The Blunt cuts just don't look as fluffy and soft to me. When a Sheltie runs and you have that pointed hair flowing in the wind is so pretty. This is coming from someone who has had many of them and live in a farm type setting so I know how hard it can be to keep the fluffier look but to me it's worth it.

if i liked a dog with short hair you did a super job, But these dogs are best, in my opinion, long hair. Plus if you look online they do best with hot/cold temps with long hair but you have to keep them brushed and groomed. At least this is for those with little to no grooming home hassel!

From the beginning the recording speed seems to have been set at 2x because the groomer’s voice is distorted. The extra fast grooming makes an efficient but very robotic impression. Suggest that the presentation would be much more agreeable if re-recorded at a normal speed.

Clients of dog groomers should know that it is not just about cutting the hair, but that on many occasions you have to fight against the animal's instinct and that is hardly valued.

We just adopted a 10 month old sheltie from a family bc her owner passed away. What is the price range of grooming a sheltie in this way? I'm sure it varies from one part of the country to the next but what would be a general cost. I have yorkies and my groomer charges me $45 to groom my 5 lb yorkie.

My Blue Merle sheltie really needs a good bath and to be groomed. Can you please tell me which trimming tools I should use? She's fine in a bath, hair dryer and a good brushing but needs a good cut and trim. Currently I don't know who in this new city I can go to in order to get her looking terrific. So I'm going to attempt this myself but I have no proper grooming table and honestly cannot afford it right now. I have a lot of back pain & arthritis tho as a senior. I'm willing to accept any suggestions I can get. Thanks so much.❤
