Another awesome professional review! The eraser shield is used often by architects and engineers while drafting, but you made some fun patterns and rain today! What you might want to do is make your own eraser shield with custom patterns. I've done this using thick plastic (like from the side of a milk jug), drawn a shape I liked and then cut it out with an exacto blade. It makes a great stencil. Thank you for the great videos! We look forward to every one! And now KZbin recommends the 100 year old pencil video.... Off to binge watch your videos!

You use an eraser shield in technical drawings to erase mistakes without ruining the rest of your work. We mostly use it to save us time from having to correct more mistakes from erasing too much.

You guys have brought so much joy over the years, through good times and bad that sending a few gifts was the least I could do! Thanks for sharing all the positive vibes and yay for Steph getting better! You can blame me for the 10B pencils (can’t forget Adam), pastel poscas, cutetito candy edition, a frosty fairytale Polly pocket, and pastel Holbein pencils, but unfortunately the mystery of the octopus lives on! Much love art friends!

I have mixed feelings about this one. I Used to use one of these erasing things for technical drawing classes, back in the day... It is used to erase really exact lines and make dotted lines and stuff like that. Seeing it used for art like this and with this soft a pencil and also the putty eraser is soooo strange!!!! figures Adam would get exited about it though

I think Steph's slightly wobbly lines suit her style great. It reminds me of Charles Schultz's adorable 'Peanuts' art, Bill Waterson's 'Calvin & Hobbes' comics, or Tove Jannson's free-flowing natural 'Moomin' art. I hope that doctors do everything they can to help Steph's wrist feel better, but her style is strong enough for her art to remain super cute & appealing

Hi Adam and Steph! I recently came across your chanel again after about 2 years of not being recommended any of your videos. I've been catching up on uploads and it's been really comforting and inspired me to start drawing again! It's really nice to see how open you both are about your physical and mental health, and it's really helping me manage with my own a lot better. Last year I had a few mobility issues similar to Steph, and I'm hoping to start the process of diagnosis for depression and anxiety soon aswell. It's always great to be reminded you're not alone, I appreciate you both so so much. Thank you for everything you do 💕

Your editing music whenever bezos and professional review comes up is *chef's kiss* ,Christopher nolan vibes. Hey, I don't know if you'll see this, but try ordering your Mitsubishi pencil from cultpens (I'm in the UK too)... The Mitsubishi are around £4 each but I've never experienced a broken lead, I use them to test out different brands etc :) they have a load of choice with pretty cheap postage... hope this helps! My go to pencil for sketching is the tombow mono graph mechanical pencil and then pick my lines with my rotring 600..the tombow mono eraser is great too as are there regular pencils... But I'm a sucker for mechanical because...sharpening.
