Just a short compilation of the encounters with Bruisers that I had while playing DOOM 3: Resurrection of Evil and The Lost Mission. Gameplay is from the Nintendo Switch.

The mouths on these lads is such a terrifying idea that it truly is a stroke of genius. Honestly, the DLC campaigns for Doom3 are excellent.

I would have loved to see this thing come back in 2016 or Eternal, it's such a cool design! Perfect blend of creepy and goofy, perfect for the kind of game Doom wants to be IMO

Awesome video man! I love Doom 3. Imagine him thumping footsteps in real life, trapped in some cold metal hallways you can't run from, because there's no grass outside no forest or fields to sprint away into, no you're trapped in an inhospitable alien planet and the limited oxygyn is here in these cold steel hallways and that massive monster, tall as an elephant, is here with you. Hunting you. Our of pure evil and malice.

Another unique enemy from Doom 3 that is just left only in Doom 3; its honestly kind of sad how many unique things never were transitioned into other Doom games, or universalized into the larger Doom Modding sphere.

I remember those monsters looked weird as shit and were really tough to defeat seeing those monsters on the cover of the PC game was the reason I bought it as I was so curious as they were really talked about them for years

Pure hell dickbaggery. You unlock the door to the research sector, only for them to spawn a bruiser thus trapping you in the security room until you kill it, only to spawn in a second one. Good work here! And props for not using the Artifact!

Thank you! Honestly, it was more just out of stupidity than anything. I keep forgetting the Artifacts exist. I'm so used to just normal Doom 3 that I don't even think about it.

It's pretty annoying on Nightmare. I needed to use the Heart to kill both of them, and it's best to only use that for emergencies.

I don't know how they allowed a monster with a monitor showing his teeth to be designed. It looks f*ck*ng dumb. If I was Carmack I would have fired the guy who came up with the design. It is basically bullying us that we still gonna pay for ROE. With this in mind they could have attached a toilet seat to his mouth or a sink.
