Hey Sylar, idk where to ask this, but I just got a PC (finally) and i am switching from controller to m&k. Luckily i have some experience w/ m&k so im not insanely bad. Anyways, my question is: when you PB/sticky do you press your individual heavy cannon and combat shotgun binds or do you just press switch weapon/hold for weapon wheel? Im finding it hard to PB/sticky with their individual binds (Q and X), but ive found it much easier if I use the switch weapon/WW bind to go back and forth.

I never use the wheel or the previous weapon key, so no it's individual bindings - in this case Q and TAB. I also have a (good) habit of pressing primary fire and weapon key at the same time, makes it all more consistent. Then you just need to memorize the rhytm. Alt fire is always being held during all of that so that's not a problem

the way DL got stuck at 11:40 makes me think it was a demo of the actual level with him, lol but seriously, to say that after such BS you need a good rest from the game is to say nothing, especially since you already spent too much time playing it. I hope people will understand that times are not the same and will not bother you with requests for levels Stay safe, King.

mmm no it's not because of this level in particular, this was actually recorded 2 months ago or something. I'm just a bit done with it and would rather play something else, plus one level I'm trying to do is the worst thing I've ever played, 2 others I've already completed but I would prefer to finish this one as well before I upload them. but thanks anyway

4:45 woahhh Can you even BATS during glory kills? It looked like you had the ssg out -> glory kill -> ballista out (but it had fast bring up somehow). Or maybe you're doing some thing entirely different which I have no clue about

how do you achieve this level? i would like to see your keyboard config and how do you change guns too fast? specially combos with sticky bombs, i have tried to make combos with the same gun using punch but i can't

@@sylar1313 coming back after trying the first level and man it's really hard and unfair but still it feels really good and satisfying being able to finish the first level. Would you consider making a video series on it like Proteh's rando since it feels quite different? That be really awesome. As always thanks for the content man. My playstyle evolved a bit after watching you.

Hey man, doomer to doomer, how'd you go about practicing BATS?

Since I hadn't played the game for a while, i replayed the campaign and dlcs with new keybinds to get used to them - which was mostly about learning how to get good with BATS. So I forced myself to do as much BATS as possible in an easier playfield. You could also use g_infiniteammo 1 so you don't have to worry about ammo and only focus on practising what you want.

@@michaelpoteate5138 I mean it's really not something you necessarily need to learn at all - it's actually kinda weak compared to other options if you factor in how much harder it is. It's more of an extra thing you can try to master while you're at it. I gotta say it is pretty good against icon of sin tho, ballista - rocket launcher that is.

@@sylar1313im just bored with the run in general, so like you said, just something extra to add. punch swaps are cool, but i like the style of bats lol. and yeah thats where im really lacking is the icon of sin fight, it ends up taking like 6 mins lol.
