Ultra-Nightmare saves at the beginning of every mission, so you can make a backup save and save-scum your way through the game. Though even this is too hard for most people.

I have the gold doom slayer skin, used a save glitch tho, legit get the saving throw rune, and as soon as u die and ur screen goes Grey just hit ctrl, alt,dlt and end task on the game, it will save, gonna have to restart the game everytime u do tho so if u complete arse then there's no chance 😂

The quit game exploit might work it campaign. It def works in tag 2, I did that and unlocked skullface. Made easier by equipping saving throw, and quitting the game the sec it flashes black/white. Reload the game and continue until it’s done.
