IMO, Bruce Banner can still use some rework. What I hope from Bruce is for his chances to stack higher the more floating turns you give him. For example: 1st float on T3: 1/4 or 25% chance to Hulk out. 2nd float on T4: 1/3 or 33% chance to Hulk out. 3rd float on T5: 1/2 or 50% chance to Hulk out. 4th float on T6: 100% chance to Hulk out. Therefore, played on curve, Bruce is a definite Hulk even on all low rolls. One thing of note is with each float, we're spending energy for Bruce. Therefore, on a low roll, 4 floats are the same as Bruce uses 6 energy to hulk out = 6/12. But at this moment, we'll just wait and see his performance in Hi-Evo first, because each energy float in that deck powers up multiple cards at once. And is much more meaningful than 1 energy float on Bruce Banner alone.

Lamby, I gotta go with Matte Red boader. On Ink Jim Lee Magneto, looks really nice on Kuya Jaypi X23 (base background), symbiote, gold back ArtGerm Capt. Marvel. So many good ones, very clean. Also a couple other personal favorites are Neon Green on Ink Mello-Jeff and Distressed Blue on Inked Marc Silvestri Iron man has a nice like WWII vibe.

There's one "The Hood" variant that's naturally golden, and it's just beautiful with the Orange Cosmic border. Also I love using borders in cards that create other cards, The Hood fits both requirements. Other examples are: Loki, Arishem, Kate Bishop, Mysterio, Agent Coulson, Thanos...

Borders I use Neon green for loki so they show on all the cards he changed Rainbow cosmic for thanos so his stones get that Red Neon for arishem so all his created card differ from my cards

I'm not a fan of customizing border because it's a handicap in conquest mode. Whenever there's a Dark Dimension or you're playing Invisible Woman, Supergiant, or Malekith, your border gives a tell to opponent on what card you're trying to hide. It's more prominent in Conquest mode where they can see and remember your cards from prior rounds, and a customized border made it even more so obvious.

If you enjoy playing midrange wiccan/anti-venom style decks, he's a notable buff to those decks (being a decently sized 4-drop that deck thins is something those decks like a lot) but I'm not sure 100% if he is absolutely necessary. If you don't enjoy playing midrange I would skip opening this week, val is a fine card but not worth opening caches just for her.
