Doom on a Toshiba T3200 286

This is Doom8088 running on a Toshiba T3200. It has a 286 processor running at 12 MHz. The game is running in text mode 40x25.

Really good performance for a 12MHz 286! Screen tearing can be avoided using two or three screen pages, this works fine on CGA cards

Maybe try making the sprites and gun a higher resolution while keeping the environment the same. the reason because its very hard to tell whats going on. this project is epic though

would it be possible to make the map textures 1x1 pixels blank images? so the sprites would be more recognizable (and may reduce load times)
