Our first steps in the restoration. We replace the door pins and bushings to fix the door sag. Then, we tighten those hard to get to GM loose tilt steering column bolts. This thing was borderline dangerous to drive!

Good job particularly like the close up shots. Hate to be that guy but you should have changed the blinker stalk while you had it apart with a new one because of the worn off writing. Oh wait maybe you liked the patina look of that one? Thanks

Nailed it. I really want the interior to look old and work fine. My grandfather used that turn signal stalk and it seems so much cooler to still have it.

You didn't show removing the tilt spring and pushing down the locking arms to remove the upper half the tilt housing.
