New doordash customer scam “When you get to the house and your delivery order screen dissapears but you delivered anyways thinking your gonnA get paid but customer canceled. Then u chat support they say you unassigned the order after you pick up the food and your completion rate go down”

My current issue right now is that I added a new vehicle because I sold my other one but it won't let me delete the old one because I have dashes scheduled a week out. I would have to delete my entire week schedule just to change my vehicle and I won't be able to get it back because I'm in a small market and schedules are a must. I know it doesn't really matter what car I use but unless I take a whole week off and try to grab whatever slots pop up, which is rare, I'll never get the old vehicle off there.

I called Dasher Support, got a live agent on the line and worked with that person to remove the old vehicle. It was a bit of a hassle, but worth it. I almost always go for a live agent when dealing with Support.

About how long do you wait to use the “tell us what’s happening” menu? A few minutes? Immediately? I ask because I was at a restaurant that said an order would be ready in a few minutes and wasn’t sure if that really warranted using it. Thanks!

if doordash system actually detected that you've been waiting long at the store, you'll get an option to unassign without affecting your completion ratings

Having a lot of issues with iphone 8 plus after trying everything to go from schedule now to dash now. Have another relative in the same house with an android that does not have this problem at all. The android will show as dash now sitting at home while ios does not. Any suggestions?
