Monday for me, couldn't even get on with DD in Chattanooga for lunch...all zones stayed grayed out all day. Luckily, I was able to schedule out Monday night slot on past Sunday. UE saved the day. I hate this tier program.

There's something going on with the on time metric. After every dash, now i go and check it, and it goes down. Yet I've never been late. Im thinking that the new pilot program is coming to my market soon, and there just lowering it, so i dont start with platinum. Idk. Doordash is stupid.

@TheBrashDasher no i haven't had that problem. My zone was the testing ground for the stupid 80% ar bs. So, hopefully, we are the testing ground for the new one as well. Pretty much all the ratings have changed when I look at them, so I think something up.

I sent DD a suggestion of allowing drivers to filter out Flint Mi or removing it from the Grand Blanc zone. They don't care about drivers safety. Went out & delivered on a different app today that is busy during the day with no Dash Now.

Customer service is garbage. Customer service barely speaks English and you pay your driver's like crap. That's what I always put. I would have picked up that 3 item shop and pay order. Sheesh my condolences 🙏
