The story for those out of the loop - Door Monster started with Kyle doing animations on Newgrounds, and his first "popular" work was a series of Fable parodies starring an original character named Rodriguez ElCazorro. In 2012, he wrote the script, got all the dialogue recorded, and put together an entire animatic. It was all ready to go, just as soon as he could sit down and do the animating part. One thing led to another, and now he makes comedy sketches on KZbin, and hasn't animated in like six years. Finally, we decided we were never going to get to and didn't want to wait any longer, especially with Skyvault coming up, so we hired Josh Gossett to finish it for us.
It's really exciting to finally see this project finished, and to be posting something to Newgrounds again. We hope you all enjoy this after so much time has passed - we never forgot about it, and we're just as excited to be releasing it now.

TrevorBOB That line is a nice reference to probably the most broken mechanic in the game as the turnover for collecting rent was so fast you could easily rack up a ludicrous fortune within 50 minutes of gameplay.

When the crawler invaded Albion, we should have had been able to- SPOILER Save Walter because when you first come across the crawler Walter throws a torch at it, and it literally squeals in pain, so I thought that at the end when you see it, instead of standing there like a dum****, we could just shoot a fireball or something at it and save our friend, BUT IN SEEMINGLY EVERY GAME EVER, "THE SENSEI ALWAYS DIES, NOOOOOOO!" It's like it's meant to be as if it has to feels rather unnecessary since by the end of the game most people had already opened every power up chest, chose every good option and had an absolutely absurd amount of money, (same with evil options too) and nothing lets you save the teacher. They aren't gonna update the game, I know that, it's like 11 years old now, but if they did, I'd ask for a better ending. Because the crawler seemed like such a weak threat, I am a "Tall, and Unfrightened King of Albion" (who's also very good at dodging, and can probably beat the game without getting hit.) "I am both of those things." That's my take on it.

that ending was to true, i got hyped when i played fable 3 and met the darkness in the desert just to end up fighting a single enemy that looked like a normal human. it was such a let down i went from liking the game to hating it.

For me I went from "Meh" to "this is garbage" when I met Reaver, the character I lamented not being able to stab/shoot/electrify in the second game, and found that not only had he returned, but that I would be forced to make him my viceroy or whatever, and couldn't do anything about/to him.

Same here, I was in love with Fable tlc. The main bit of the game was getting to answer a few multiple choices in which all the good things cost more gold than the evil things. However getting a lot of gold was so easy that it wasn't even an issue. And the transformation between evil and good, which was huge in the first game, was non-existent in this version. Only your weapons would change. They should have stayed in the same line as the first.

I'm not sure what my favourite part of the video is: When the statue suddenly shot lasers or just the whole Rodgriguez statue punching through itself with a third hand to reveal his mask, which somehow makes him inhabit the body of any protagonist. All in all, great video!
