Hi Merg! Glad to see you back in the doors. Here are some tips from me: USE THE GLOW STICKS They are incredibly op and very easy to find. And sometimes they can light up an entire room. 👁️ROOM 200 ROOM👁️ Take the shortest paths if monsters make it uncorssable turn back/take the longer path 1:08:23 you actually can jump over these boulders 😆 too bad you gave up early on that... 1:08:53 flashing a light onto that "octopous" monster doesnt do anything. Gotta wait until it disappears and pray that it wont appear in front of you when actually attepting to go through the dam. (If it does just turn back) General tips: you dont have to look for any fuses in door 200 The laser pointer is pretty useless to me, i use glow sticks to navigate through the bat rooms (or flashing a flashlight for 0.4 seconds haha) Again: Use the god damn glowsticks! Tip for ambush if you ever encounter him in the mines. You can't hide twice in the same hiding spot so you will have to change it every time. Wow thats a lot of tips! Shining light at grumbler make it slower to the point that you can outrun it if you shine it every so often while running away. Pretty useful in long tunnel

I mean, its not THAT bad. Merg made it to door 200 within 3 videos and he could beat it the next vid. I also think Merg clearly messed up there, not to blame him, he's a great player, but he clearly jumped into the blob and thats why he got knocked back and was unable to get back on a platform. Its hard, but there are zero modifiers active here. Try door floor 1 with 200% modifiers.

@milanek1527 It's still frustrating to have to do everything all over again, knowing there's a chance that you'll die and have to start at the beginning. That's when I believe a game becomes over the top with the difficulty, especially if checkpoints aren't possible. I know he'll beat it like in the next video because, c'mon, he's Merg, but the difficulty that involves getting to that point is a bit excessive, in my opinion.

@@Prismatic_Soul Its not meant to be a casual game am pretty sure. I mean, it isnt hard to me but thats maybe because I am used to playing the hardest modes in games. Like, Merg hasnt played the rooms yet or done Floor 1 with modifiers. Floor 1 with 250% modifiers is around the wr and THATS what difficulty is. This floor seems more annoying than difficult other than the ending and the seek chase. The grumble at door 50 is more time consuming once you learn the patterns of patrol

Hey Merg good job on getting extremely far till door 200 literally my heart was going crazy on that final part of the video Just fyi here's some things to keep in mind for that final room: - There is no fall damage at all, meaning you could skip a little bit from jumping over a boulder to the next valve - You can survive if you fall inside the goo is hard but possible, just gotta keep focus and don't panic - The slow moving things on the goo don't insta kill you, but push you and hurt you making you fall inside the goo like happened in the video :( - Lastly the goo worms, you were doing great by dodging them whenever they were aiming at you, those guys they are actually insta kill, so you gotta be careful. Good luck in your next run Merg hope this helps for that final boss.

MAJOR TIP 1. In room 200 watch out for the RED light, it means that spot with the red light is gonna get attacked 2. 2nd seek chase, if guiding light stops, you need to stop and look to your left and right to go the roght way

about door 200, the sludge does incremental damage to you, it is not an instakill, the goop monster that follows you drags you under the goop for a bit but then pulls you back to the surface and the worms are just another element which you have to simply speedrun around, there isnt much else to do

A few tips for some of the major sections of the game: 1. Light sources can attract Figure, so try using glow sticks to direct him to a certain spot in order to make sneaking around him easier. 2. During the minecart section of the first Seek chase, try not to tilt for too long. Tilting your minecart actually slows you down a bit, meaning if you end up slowing yourself down too much Seek can actually catch up to you and kill you. 3. Try to stock up on glow sticks for the Nest (Door 150). This way you can place them down to use as a path to avoid getting lost. 4. Speaking of the Nest, there are multiple hints that will help you find the anchors. First up, the main terminal where you get the codes for each anchor has a radar on top of it that points towards the anchor you’re looking for. Second, the terminal will beep, and then shortly after the corresponding anchor will beep in response. (Best to use headphones to determine the direction of its location.) 5. In the second chase, try to focus more on Guiding Light than the actual path. If you look carefully in the sections where you have to make quick turns through the pipes, you’ll see his glow dissipate in one direction. 6. Finally, in the final bossfight with Seek at Door 200, try to optimize your route so you know exactly where to go to find each valve. The fight is split into three phases. There are two valves in the first phase, four in the second, and five in the third. Falling in the slime won’t instantly kill you, but it will drop your health fast, so try to get out as soon as possible. Alright, that’s all from me. Have fun! Edit: Oh yeah, by the way, there IS an achievement for filling Jeff’s tip jar full, you might have just already gotten it.

door 200 is by far the hardest part of floor 2, going as far as sometimes being legit unbeatable without vitamins if you get very unlucky. Though you can still get back from falling into the goop if there's some low planks nearby (While 200 is the hardest, 150 is the most annoying/tedious IMO) (Also the seek chase before may be harder, but at least there isnt any impossible rng and you can use a lot of different items to help you)

General Tips: Tips for Door 150 (The Nest): 1) The grumbles are matured giggles, so they also hate light. While light won't completely stop them, it will slow them down. 2) Each of the 4 anchors have 3 available spawn locations. As time goes on, you can start to memorize them, making the room much easier. 3) Shears will never be absolutely necessary to get to an anchor. They are just a shortcut instead of using the actual path, which could be longer or harder to spot. 4) Grumbles cannot fit through doors and areas with boards that are broken by minecarts. Go behind those to prevent the grumbles from reaching you. 5) Anchor D is always on the second floor and only 1 anchor C spawn location is on the second floor. 6) The operation on the sticky notes is added/subtracted to the code you are supposed to put in. For example, if you need to put in 1-6-6 and the sticky note is +3, it will be 4-9-9. 7) If the sticky note operation goes above 10 or below 0, you can use a simple trick to make it easier. If it is the sticky note number is positive, you can subtract 10 from whatever number you have, and then add, and if it is negative, you can add 10 to your number, and then subtract. Example: 9-9-7 (+4) -> (9-10)-(9-10)-(7-10) -> (-1)-(-1)-(-3) -> (-1+4)-(-1+4)-(-3+4) = 3-3-1. 8) The paths to get to floor 2 of the nest will always be the doors directly left and right of the two main steel doors. Some will be blocked, and if you need to get to a side where both are blocked, you can cross the bridge that is partway up the ramp to the second floor, going to the other direction. 9) If the grumbles back you into a corner, you can hide in a locker to avoid them, but Hide will kick you out after some time. 10) If you find yourself sandwiched between two grumbles, try and align yourself to be equidistant from each of them, so they bounce off of each other. 11) There is an extremely long tunnel on floor 1 connecting both left and right sides of the Nest. It is affectionately named the "Deathwish Tunnel" as there is a high likely hood of you getting sandwiched between grumbles, and it is extremely hard to climb up specific areas of it. 12) The grumbles really like to camp around all anchor spawn locations on floor 2, so only proceed if you are absolutely sure they are gone. 13) Once you are on anchor D, the queen grumble will spawn, which can be identified by the scar on her forehead and moves 50% faster than all other grumbles. This is also the same grumble that attacks you in both chase scenes. Extras: Halt always has the exact same room generation. In my opinion, the bulklight, bandage pack, and glowsticks, while not required, are the three best items that you can use to beat the mines, so try to look out for them. After you beat the seek chase, Dupe can spawn a Door 201, so y'know, don't go in there. Figure can hear the opening of toolboxes, drawers, and lockers. Hide gets faster the further you go. During the second seek chase, you have much more time than you think, so when guiding light stops, look both ways before continuing. In Door 200, Seek's slime will not instantly kill you, but instead drain your health about as quickly as looking at eyes, so you can jump out of it before it kills you. In Door 200, Seek's hands will fling you in the air if touched. In Door 200, you can jump over the boulders as a shortcut to the valves, and you shouldn't get softlocked. In Door 200, there are only 3 stages of valves, the first has the hands with 2 valves, the second adds the monster with 4 valves, and the third adds the worm with 5 valves. In Door 200, the worm will instakill you and will not hit you on the edges of the map (where the valves are). In Door 200, the crates/boxes and pipes are easily the hardest to jump on to, so avoid them if possible. Some of these changes have been applied to the hotel as well, making it more difficult. The slime isn't really an instakill, the only actual instant kill is the flying fish during the last stage. You just got unlucky and got pushed into the slime by that thing in it. Normally it isn't too hard to escape. If you wanna cheese part of the fight, you can jump onto the railings and over the boulders very easily. Here are some tips: 1. NEVER use your battery. You need to save it for door 150. There is a bit of light that emits from you that can help you see in the dark. 2. Speaking of door 150, you can always use your flashlight to slow down the grumbles. You'll have to walk backwards, but it balances your speed between you and the grumble. 3. The queen grumble has a mark on her forehead. The queen will move much faster than your average patrol grumble. If I'm correct, as long as you have something to slow them, you should be good. They are also the same grumble that chases you at the start of door 150. 4. THIS TIP HAS SPOILERS!! At the final seek boss, always jump on *SMALL* gaps. If you jump from a far distance, you *will* fall into the goop,and i learned that the hard way about 4 times. 5. If the radar is pointing up, there will be two doors in either side of each "tunnel" that you can enter (i don't know any other words of saying it). These doors will lead you to the third floor of the nest (aka 150). If I'm correct, the final anchor will always be on the third floor (the second floor is pretty much irrelevant because it's just minecart tracks) 6. The shears can be used for shortcuts in some places of the nest but like 2 out of 5 blocking vines just lead to vined chests 7. For the second seek chase, i recommend always looking at the shadow of guiding light when going through the pipes. If you miss where guiding light went, use the bulk light (if you have one) to quickly look around before turning. 8: You can actually "hide" in drawers! All you need to do is open it, walk inside it while crouching, and look down. Then you can hide from both rush and ambush (the guy who rebounds). I've tried this before on Figure and it doesn't work on him. I haven't tried it on the grumbles, however. *Edit:* merg check the replies because there might be people trying to say some of my claims are wrong. If so, you should believe them as I myself have only beat 150 five times out of my thirty runs of floor 2.

You can jump out of the goo. You just got unlucky and got slapped by the monster while in the goo. Full bandage pack plus not panicking is a hard counter to the goo if you think you are going to fall in it. Otherwise the other obtacles are just avoiding the red light

people have found door 200 way easier than 150, so here's some tip for door 150: The first three anchors will always spawn on the lower floor, and the ones after that (you can get more than 4 anchors in multiplayer) will always spawn in the upper floor There are a total of 3 grumbles in the door 150, one of them is a queen grumble, with a red mark on its head, it moves faster than the other two, but all grumbles chase at a faster speed than the player Never go into those long tunnels at 30:14, they are long enough for grumbles to catch up to you, and there are a lot of places where you can get stuck. They are meant to give a way for the grumbles to travel between floors, not you. Always use the slopes in 31:42.

Update: It’s the next day and I just played through the entire game again but on Violent, P ranking all the levels as I went. I played all day and I managed to beat P-2 again (on Violent), Yippee! 🎉 Also I beat Sisyphus and then died to a shockwave and it took me 45 more minutes to kill him again, that really sucked :/

You will be able to do door 200 after a few attempts. Door 200 is VERY VERY easy, you can jump on the rocks to skip most of the platforming, you have unlimited time to drain seek, so take your time with timing jumps. Also if you fall in the seek goo, you can jump out of it, but it does not always let you (you pretty much have to be lucky to survive that).

Here are some tips: in 150 the grumbes can be slowed down by spaming the glowsticks in the areas and as you noticed you can locate the Stations and the sheers are really important for 150. Since there are Shortcuts for that and if you dont open these you have to go through the Tunnels which can often result in your demise. The Figure can hear lockers and drawers (well sometimes) which was why he goes for you sometimes and dont hide in the closets in any of these bossfight rooms since you get kicked out to fast. For 200 all I can say is to always stay on the move and sometimes you have to avoid it by jumping a platform back. Falling down isnt a instakill since you can jump out of it but it is weird I admit that. Everything is just holming in on you in 200 so you can work with that. You actually were on the last few valves. I believe you can do this since the only stupid part is 150 which is a waiting Simulator in my oppinion and 200 is a stress test for the end. Still a great video my dude!❤

Maybe the real door is the friends we made along the way…. except for giggle. Everybody hates him. also please do not waste your money on jeff's tips when you could buy a more charged bulk light and please stop dropping your battery pack and shears for the strap light and laser, those things are genuinely useless compared to the pack and shears. also please don't open a drawer right next to the figure who has great hearing. You can do this!!!!!! To beat door 200 all you have to do is be smart, just time your travelling, don't move backwards, don't go when a blob monster is there, pay attention to the red light indicating the jumping seek projectile and lock in.

You actually can jump out of the seek slime on door 200, its just slightly scuffed. Also if you do fall in, spam jump to take less damage

Merg at the beginning of every Doors/Pressure video "What's up guys! :)" Merg at the end of every Doors/Pressure video "I'm so tired... When will it end?" Also Merg should play "In Stars and Time", I would considerer it the best time-loop game, period. However, it is easy to become over leveled but the story is best if you chose to take your time and try everything. Who knows, maybe there is something very special if you keep looping back and trying new things (nudge nudge wink wink).

@@Travminer123 I wouldn't call TSP a time loop game because the fact there is a 'time loop' is irrelevant for most of the game and only really acts as in inworld explanation for restarting, further more it isn't actually a time loop because it controlled by someone in contrast with other time loop games. For the same reason, Undertale also isn't a time loop. The Stanley Parable is still a really good game.

I still struggle on Floor 2, because of the funny laughing stupid big spider squid thing. Also Doors isn't the only one that went too far... some obvious red fruity ball seems to be it :) Finally he ... did not make it... dang... :( btw in the finale, the 3rd layer shows a red light meaning its where the snake thingy is gonna land, keep that in mind.

ay merg, you should play Sans Spielen's Epic Megalovania, its a cool fangame with pretty cool art and mechanics and cutscenes and intro (extremely cool btw) and the Sans fight is pretty cool, you should play it!!!
