40 years of CAM programming, used 8 CAM software packages, some good - some crap, I like the tool path you show. A lot of CAM programs I see today on KZbin really do suck. You guys did great on this one.

Aluminum no problem. Try the same thing on 15-5 or 17-4 stainless. There’s no way you can leave the machine alone for 1 minute. Specially the large T slot cutter you’re using.

If they used Titanium they'd have to have the cooling on and you wouldn't be able to see a thing. This is a demo.

I would feel comfortable to make a 3D Printed version. As a prototype. Easiest answer ? Would you want to be in a full size airplane with a laminated part holding up the full weight of a commercial airplane carrying multiple tonnes of weight ? Not sure i would want to myself ??

It all looks great But these are only gud as production machines When you use it for tool rooms this is a pain in ass The first thing is software Most of them incapable of handling multitasking machines second thing is the risk of simulation mismatch which can damage machine heads ...as a production machines these are quite great
