Hello Friends, as I am researching the Police system topic, meanwhile, I have created a small video. It throws light on how we make choices in life and what could be done to make these choices better. Hope you will enjoy this bit. Let me know if you would like to see more such videos.

Just a decade ago I got to know about Dopamine & Psychology when one of my cousin was doing his study. I was an average student with no intentions of study as I can firmly recall just out of curiosity i tried to read his book & luckily the chapter i opened was something that revolves around Dopamine. Gave it a glance & somehow it just effected me on the spot. I tried to read a book for the first time afterwards ( after a month of having a glance). It took me a week to finish a page but once i did , there was never coming back. Suddenly, i was a fierce & mischievous since my early days so that helped a lot too but again after reading , implementing & thinking, things started to change. I would look at most things in a critical way , trying to find sense & let my brain flow in any direction during a circumstances. I stopped reading school books & just focused on what teachers used to say in the class , i tried to listen two people at once & at times went to the last bench all alone & hear every student say from the distance to get that focus. Things started to change , even without studying certain things i could get the answer on my own , my Decison making got better , analysing people got to my brain & i made it a hobby. A student was who considered bad initially got up & got grades that nobody thought by studying less & channelising the right set up. The thing that helped me all along were my Parents, never did they doubt my ways & let me do the way I wanted. Always read people , some things do pay off & never cheat in your exams. Keep the focus, do things that may make you less happy for now but inside you know they're good.

Last slide is for dopamine detox, you can perform this for a day to reset your brain and detox. There are three levels of Dopamine detox beginner, intermediate and advanced. The things in red are the things you are not allowed to do and things in green are the things you can do. I tried the intermediate detox for a day and it really helped me focus for the next two weeks. But it is very difficult to complete it. Good luck and nice video Nitish!

A very informative video. 👏 to add to it.. Our brain is hardwired for survival, comfort, avoiding struggle, etc that's how we have evolved from lower life forms over million of years. But that's where 'wisdom' comes in.. the thing that separates us from animals. While animals act mostly on their instincts, humans are programmed to override their instincts and do what must be done regardless of what our senses might urge us to do. But the problem is, we as a race are forgetting to nurture that 'wisdom' and becoming slaves of our physical needs. courtesy of layout of modern society where 'physicality' is given importance over everything else. You are not considered educated unless you earn in 7 digits are have possessions. This needs to be talked about more often.

@Rishu the vlogger ADHD ATTENTION DEFICIT HYPERACTIVE DISORDER. In simple terms, your brain does not produce enough dopamine to function properly. You lack focus and motivation. Your sense of time is off, and you are always late and procrastinating. Basically you are fucked for life. People misunderstand you to being lazy, but you are not.
