I came upon "Countess Dora" by way of her symphony in F sharp minor (Op.41) to which I have listened repeatedly, very appealing indeed, it really grows on you. Much taken with the Piano Concerto too...

Fantastic work but what a terrible performance. So brutal and charmless. Awful balance, no phrasing, no structure or rubato, no sense for the music. What a shame...
