Love it when the personal trainer looks like what they preach. I really cant take anyone serious in my gym who works as a personal trainer and is smaller then me. Sure they might have a lot of knowledge (but lets be real the probably dont) but knowledge isnt everything, training ethics and intensity is probably the key to real growth and all the beginners i see dont have that they stop the set at 5-6 RIR
@Robdutton91

I used to think this way until I realised they’re not selling results, they’re selling making people feel like they’re getting results. For some of their clients they probably feel better knowing it’s not someone with an amazing physique training them, makes them feel less intimidated

People like that that u dont trust, cna get injured in the meantime before meeting you and cant recover or have their other priorities set to hold them back to train and look fit. Plus what the other comments said. People are on gear, most of them have no idea what they're doing, and a lot of them dont care if u get injured cos they have no idea what theyre doing. Ive been tto classes for that specific roll and trust me most of them are pure horshit and my 2yo can pass their tests and get a certificate

Dorian injured himself due to Using odd hand placement Such as, double under grip on bent over row with 405+ And, tricep Extensions with overly narrow handstance! Point is his training style was important for proof that Intensity driven training works for individuals were volume driven training doesn't work.

@@anomaly3215 I think Insane redefines the limits of what a person thinks they can do. I like to say to the Mountain MOVE and find a way to make it move (metaphorically and literally sometimes). @@user-he4ef9br7z Agree and Agree. This last training phase, I learned to sharpen the bland with a fine tuning stone. Meaning, I used less weight with Insane methods of failure, used sparingly, and I got amazing results. Then again, it took me 33 years to learn this, but still learning is the goal.

I would love to get to 2 plates someday! Probably never will on the standard incline bench though as it kills my shoulders. I think the 45 deg is way too high. I prefer 30 deg. Although I'm not having any issues right now using the Nitro mach, just need to increase the weights. Never had good upper pecs probably because I always started on flat or decline for decades.
