Dorian, Ronnie , Haney and Arnold! The Mount Rushmore! With honarabe mentions to Cutler , Levrone,wheeler,Ray!! 💪🔥
@bearsbean4812 жыл бұрын
I luv Arnold but u defo. Couldnt trust the guy or asume he'd be a nice guy to meet. Ive met Ronnie briefly and he is exaxtly what you see, he literally is 'yeh buddy' '. I met. Cutler after a seminar and he was very polite and genuine. DY my fellow countryman I met at his Booth then later I took a leak and he was next to me so yes I pissed with DY. He was accomadating but very quiet. Haney I'd love to meet and Lee Priest I'd love to meet. I'm English Biased to DY but overall he is 3rd best Mr O. Lee haney is 2 and yeeeeh Buddy is number 1. However Haney is number 1 when it comes to consistency as both DY and Ronnie started to look worse as years progressed, Haney was always on point. Honourable Mr O- uncrowned is defo a. Prime Kenny Flex Wheeler. Levrone and (cough)baby Shaun looked amazing. I think by DYs admission he doesn't follow todays Bodybuild ing LIVE at shows or he would see that todays new batch are as shredded, cross striated, paper see thru skin. Send Big Rami, Nick walker, Flex(new Welsh flex). Hadi, lee Labrada and if KRIZO and Andrew jacked hone there sculptures then things are going to get interesting then. Also y is no1 is interested in few Sergio JNR anymore?

Dorian had such a unique physique. He's the only bodybuilder that actually looks like he was carved out of granite. I think his HIT philosophy, the pull-over machine and the reverse T-bar rows created something we'll never see again.
@bigbaba45423 жыл бұрын
Using the HIT philosophy, pullover machine and reverse grip rows could be easily copied or imitated, and I am sure people have modelled their approach after Yates. So none of these things are probably the secrets to his success. He probably could have trained any other way and would still would have gotten the same results. If the HIT method was the secret to success, there wouldnt be one pro bodybuilder out there who wouldnt train that way. And not one guy who wouldnt use the pullover machine or reverse grip rows

@@bendagostino2217 hi brother. So in 2012 I got a blood clot to the liver (portal vein thrombosis) . I waited 6 weeks to go to the ER after going the bathroom blood and not eating or drinking water. My waist grew so much I could hardly fit my sweatsuits or pajamas. By time I went to the ER my right kidney shriveled to a raisin and my left kidney has a cyst that’s growing. The black mass we’ve been following with every scan possible has now turned into cirrhosis of the liver. A stroke 2 years ago on my51st birthday took my left eyesight and right ears hearing. I bleed almost everyday. I’ve been going to the cancer center in Vacaville and the last 3 times they’ve upped ALL my narcotics to make me comfortable as there is NOTHING more they can do. There is way more wrong. My spleen is 3 times the size due to blood clot to liver. My gallbladder is rotting flesh as they tried to remove my gallbladder but ran into complications and rushed me in an ambulance to a hospital in San Francisco and was told I would not never survive being under the knife in my abdomen. My picture is my one and only bodybuilding show just shy of 50 years old. Got out of one of many stays in the hospital and my friend goes you look shredded there’s a show in less Han 7 weeks. So I did a little dieting and some training for less than 7 weeks. It was a bucket list item to get on stage. I always wanted to train with Dennis James and Dorian Yates. I would love to have Dennis James help me with one more show before I go. God Bless and please be kind to one another as you never know what someone else is doing through.

Dennis James used the same training split as Dorian Yates in an a.m. and p.m. mode.dorian Yates day 1 chest and biceps day 2 legs day3 off day4 delt, trap, tricep day5 back and rear delts day6 off. Dennis James split day 1 morning chest afternoon biceps....etc etc. The word "Lazy bastard" was originally used by Joe Weider. Arnold Schwarzenegger used this term in "pumping iron". Now Flex Lewis has used the same expression. Coincidence??? One of the factors in Dorian Yates conditioning is that Dorian Yates has extremely thin skin. Dorian Yates did martial arts before he decided to focus solely on bodybuilding. He would get bruises from regular blows due to his thin skin.
